I lead optimistic, impactful innovation for people and planet.

I'm a visionary strategist, experienced builder of teams and products, and a dedicated mentor—especially, but not exclusively, in the digital space. I'm focused on transformation and systems change: think new products, AI, big strategic pivots, and inclusive but disruptive ways of working.

I'm in Product at The White House with the U.S. Digital Service, and I advise startups, accelerators, and nonprofits, primarily in the health and climate spaces. (As an Advisor, I'm currently working with Thread Health, CleanTech Open, GreenPortfolio, and Zinc.)

As Chief Innovation Officer (and previously Vice President, Digital Products) at Planned Parenthood, I guided teams to incubate new strategies amidst a rapidly changing, politically charged ecosystem. Our breakthroughs included new health tech products (including new applications of AI), sustainability & climate justice strategies, and a startup accelerator and venture fund.

I’m especially passionate about climate solutions (which are also human & health solutions, which are really justice solutions). My favorite climate books are All We Can Save, Speed and Scale, We Are the Weather, and The Soil Will Save Us.

While we’re on the subject of books, there’s no innovation book or article I won’t read. My favorites are Data Feminism, Design Justice, Lean Impact, The Startup Way, and Creative Reaction Lab’s Equity Centered Community Design.

I'm highly people-centered, and I believe partnerships and relationships are just as important for impact as shiny tech. As an executive leader, I'm known for being empathetic, empowering, collaborative, knowledgable, organized, and data-driven.

I live in the Jersey burbs with my husband and two kids.
